What kind of leaders or teams do you typically work with?

I work with founders, executive leaders, and growth-stage teams — often in the consumer, agency, and retail space. If you’re navigating growth, transition, or just feeling stretched, there’s usually something we can unlock together.

Is this coaching, consulting, or both?

It’s a blend. I bring coaching when you need clarity, and consulting when you need a plan. Sometimes it’s about mindset — other times, it’s strategy, hiring, or structure. The work is tailored to your context.

How do engagements usually start?

We begin with a discovery call to understand what’s going on and what you want to solve. From there, I’ll recommend the best approach — that might be a sprint, a retainer, or a focused coaching block.

Do you work with entire leadership teams or just founders?

Both. Some clients bring me in as a 1:1 sounding board. Others bring me into exec meetings, offsites, or founder-team alignment work. I adapt to your org’s rhythm and needs.

What’s the typical commitment or format?

Some engagements are one-month sprints. Others are 3–6 month retainers. It depends on how deep we need to go — and how fast you want to move.
